1. You should not use a computer to harm other people.

2. You should not interfere with other people's computer work.

3. You should not snoop around in other people's computer files.

4. You should not use a computer to steal.

5. You should not use a computer to bear false witness.

6. You should not copy or use copyrighted software without paying for it.

7. You should not use other people's computer resources without authorization or appropriate compensation.

8. You should not misappropriate other people's intellectual output.

9. You should consider the social consequences of the programs you write or the systems you design.

10. When using a computer, you should always think of others and respect them.
