Yesterday, Huang Chengqing, the Secretary General of China Internet Association, said that the "Self-discipline Convention on Blog Service" to be released in the near future would solicit opinions from netizens, which involved the issue of real-name blogs.

Although I'm not quite sure when the so-called real-name blog started, I can confirm that it has been going on for a certain period of time, and there are various opinions about real-name blogs online. First, let me explain: So-called real-name blogs actually refer to back-end real-name registration, meaning that blog authors use their real names when registering in the back end, but the external appearance of the blog does not have to be under a real name. In a survey about real-name blogs conducted by a well-known domestic website, 56.73% of the respondents believed that real-name blogs should not be implemented as the real-name system would hinder free expression.
