Google officially announced a partnership with Tencent

On May 16, Google officially announced its cooperation with Tencent to provide technical support for Tencent's search engine, Soso.

It was no news in the industry that Soso adopted Google's technology, and the two parties had been cooperating "secretly" for nearly a year. Regarding this, Google expressed that the reason for announcing the cooperation after nearly a year was that neither the product nor the timing was ripe.

According to Google's introduction, all of Soso's search services technology, including web pages, music, forums, and images, are provided by Google. After the announcement of the cooperation, Google's logo has already appeared on the results page of Soso's search.
