Microsoft plans to take on Google Analytics.

It appears the rumors are true Microsoft will soon offer an analytics tool named Gatineau, a direct competitor to Google Analytics. Gatineau is the code name for Microsoft's upcoming Web analytics tool. Earlier this month, they took a early version of the code live on the net as a closed alpha program to a very limited number of our existing customers.
