Canadian Actor Pretends to Be Prime Minister in Call with New French President

ECNS, Montreal -- Two Canadian comedians said on Tuesday that they successfully impersonated Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper while calling newly-elected French President Nicolas Sarkozy to congratulate him. The two had a pleasant conversation with Sarkozy until they invited him to join a "dinner of fools". It was then that Sarkozy realized something was wrong and hung up.

The AFP reported that the comedians, who call themselves "Les Guignols", made the phone call to Sarkozy last Thursday evening to congratulate him for winning the presidential election.
