Mascots can help people remember a brand, but choosing the wrong one can have the opposite effect. Wired.com has listed the 15 worst IT mascots. Most of these mascots have received widespread criticism for their poor design and have failed to achieve the effects that a mascot should have. However, I was a bit surprised to see Linux's Tux penguin on the list.
