"S梦幻庄园" was bought by the then highly-acclaimed Michael Jackson in 1988 at a huge cost, and covers an area of 2800 acres. It is one of the most luxurious residences in the U.S.. He named it according to the enchanting island in "Peter Pan". Here, there are private sports grounds, amusement parks, artificial lakes, cinemas and zoos which are fully equipped with statues of characters in "Peter Pan".
