A good thing -- the famous sidebar feature in Windows Vista has been extracted and made into a Simplified Chinese version, which can be used on Windows XP/2003! Note that it's not a simulation, but the real Vista program running on your Windows XP/2003, and it also has the transparency effect just like in Vista.
