EU and US file a lawsuit to WTO on China's restriction on rare metal export_ others

The United States and the European Union filed a lawsuit to the World Trade Organization (WTO) on August 23 over China's restriction on the export of rare metals. Previously, the US and EU failed to persuade China to cut export tariffs and raise quotas for raw materials such as zinc, tin, tungsten and yellow phosphorus.
