17tech and techweb picked up the fight and called each other names!

From 16:20 to 17:10 this afternoon, 17Tech server was attacked by DDOS, and the direct trigger was a warning post from TW at the top of this afternoon, saying that "17Tech threatened not to be afraid of attacks, love who, and call on hackers to attack", which led to nearly an hour of attack this afternoon.
