According to a report by the China News Service in Haikou on June 11 (reporter Xinli Wang), an accident occurred at 7:45 PM on June 10 at the Baisha Men Sewage Treatment Plant expansion project's sea discharge engineering site in Haikou, Hainan Province, where a water infiltration incident led to the possible deaths of five individuals.
