After some effort with WordPress, an old issue resurfaced: when renaming wp-config-sample.php to wp-config.php, I directly chose "Save As" in "UTF-8" format, which caused the error message "Warning: cannot modify header information." I had previously discussed the solution to this problem in my blog — simply re-save the wp-config.php file in ANSI format, and the issue will be resolved.
