Wenzhou Labor Security Inspection will be Networked_Wenzhou Part-time Job Network

It was learned from the Wenzhou municipal government that before the end of this year, our city will establish an organizational and institutional system for the grid-based management of urban and rural labor security supervision in the urban area, comprehensively improving the efficiency of labor security supervision and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers.

The grid-based management of Wenzhou's labor security supervision is to divide the grids on the basis of streets (towns) according to the number of employers in the jurisdiction and the difficulty of supervision. A certain number of labor security supervision assistants will be assigned to each grid. Assistants will collect and monitor real-time information and conditions regarding the recruitment of employees, labor contracts, wage payments, labor conditions, and social insurance within the grid, establishing a timely tracking labor security supervision and law enforcement network.
