Today, I finally finished the game theme event planning that I did last month for an internet cafe. I didn't charge for it; it was free. It's a chain-operated internet cafe in Guilin that is hosting a game theme event around our area. According to the boss, it turned out pretty well; at least the participants all worked very hard to build momentum for this event.
I often tell my friends: planning depends on one's mood. This statement is actually not false at all. Even the best planners can be influenced by their personal emotions, which then affects the entire planning process. For example, when we look at some planning cases, there are certain phrases or ideas that seem out of place, and sometimes even the author might find it hard to understand, "Why did I add this part to the plan?"
To put it simply, no one can rise above their own emotions, not even the president. Perhaps this is one of humanity's weaknesses. During the days I spent planning the Gu Baiyou wedding, although I didn't spend much time on it, each update included some personal emotion. For instance, in the final update, I added the theme of Guilin rice noodles. The reason was simple; I wanted my hometown brand to be part of this competition. Moreover, within the Guilin rice noodles theme, I also included some legends about Guilin rice noodles and promoted my cousin's family business. This is an example of content influenced by personal feelings.
Finally, let me say this: if you want to choose a planning company to work on your project, don't delay discussions about money while they are in the middle of planning. It's simple; people need to eat, and for that, they need money. A lack of funds will inevitably affect their mood, which in turn will impact the quality of the final planning product.
