Just last week, Mapbar (Tuba), where Li serves as vice president, became the only manufacturer in China to obtain an operating license for electronic maps.

"The State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping will focus on implementing the 'Map Management Regulations' passed by the Ministry of Land and Resources for Internet companies," Li Tao told reporters on March 22nd, adding that for electronic map manufacturers that have not obtained the relevant licenses, April this year could be their deadline.
