3D Realms: Who says we're closing?

Regarding the lawsuit filed by Take-Two last week, the developer of "Duke Nukem Forever," 3D Realms, has come forward today to state that they have no plans to shut down the studio. They also revealed the exact amount of money they spent on making the game, which was used for other purposes.
