Ubuntu: FSCK Data Check Recovery

A week ago, my Ubuntu system experienced a data "loss" issue, which was fixed using fsck. Today, the same problem occurred again.

Looking back to a week ago and considering the current situation, I feel that either Ubuntu has this kind of issue, or there's something wrong with my computer hardware.

The latter seems more likely because the problems always happened when a large number of programs were running simultaneously, causing the programs to respond slowly or even freeze. In such cases, I had no choice but to restart the computer to resolve the issue.
