Cisco CEO Chambers: Disappointed with growth compared to last year

Cisco was the first company to indicate that something was wrong with the economy. Now, it said the worst was over.

According to foreign media reports, John Chambers, chief executive officer of Cisco, talked about the economic situation in a telephone conference with analysts and said, "Many of our customers depict their businesses with the following words: stable, smooth, which is the first time for many quarters. They also said that although their businesses had been stabilized, the increase compared with the same period last year was still disappointing."
