On April 22, the Xihu District Court of Hangzhou officially launched the first execution reward reporting website in the country, leveraging the power of the internet to enhance the enforcement capability of the court. As everyone knows, in many civil cases in China, after the judgment is handed down, the court is simply unable to enforce it, especially in cases involving compensation. High enforcement costs, difficulty in locating the person subject to enforcement, and difficulty in tracking the assets of the person subject to enforcement are all factors that impede enforcement.
