"Three Major Benefits of 'Practical Operations of Urban Management Law Enforcement'"

A book named "Urban Management Law Enforcement Operation" published by the National Academy of Governance Press in June 2006, was "shockingly exposed" online on April 21st. A section of the book that taught violent moves to "deal with" street vendors was indeed shocking. The exclamations, questions, and reflections posted online won't be repeated here. In fact, I advocate that we should be good at discovering the beautiful and positive side. Regarding the big wave caused by the book "Urban Management Law Enforcement Operation", at least we can see the following three beneficial aspects.
