Feint: Chrome "shows weakness", IE suffers - Google - IT Cattle Network

Early in this month, a problem was found in Google Chrome browser which would allow attackers to initiate and run scripts on compromised computers. Roi Saltzman from IBM Rational Application Security Research Group was the first to discover this problem. Interestingly, while this attack takes advantage of a vulnerability in Google Chrome, the point of entry for the malicious code is through Microsoft's IE browser.
