The Wenzhou Education Bureau recently decided to evaluate the performance of senior middle school teachers who have worked in the whole of Wenzhou for more than 5 years.
The objects of this year's evaluation are those who obtained the professional title of a senior middle school teacher in Wenzhou in 2002 and 2003, men under 55 years old and women under 50 years old.
Senior middle school teachers with administrative positions will still be evaluated according to the assessment for leading cadres of public institutions. Backbone teachers of the three levels in Wenzhou city will be evaluated separately. Those who do not enjoy the salary of a senior middle school teacher because they have changed from teaching to other work will not be included in this evaluation.
