Practical Website Operation Series I: Organization and Systems

In the past few years, I have been working in internet companies, responsible for website operations. I've made quite a few attempts at website management and accumulated a fair amount of both positive and negative experiences. It occurred to me that, given my current relatively free schedule, I should document these experiences. They could serve as valuable references for future management practices and strategy implementation. I plan to divide this documentation into several series: Organization and Systems, Operations and Maintenance, Standardized Promotion, Alternative Approaches, and even a series on some special tactics, aiming for a comprehensive record.
