An article on the website of Business Week said that according to the latest survey report released by Boston Consulting Group, the US innovation capability has dropped to No.8. Although it is still ahead of Japan (No.9) and Germany (No.19), it lags far behind Singapore (No.1) and South Korea (No.2). China was ranked 27th in this survey of innovation capability.
