The State Administration for Industry and Commerce announced on August 14 that among the 89 types of commodity consumption and 87 types of service consumption, goods and services closely related to the people's livelihood such as household appliances, mobile phones, clothing and shoes, telecommunication services, non on-site shopping, advance payment consumption etc. have become the top ten hotspots for consumer complaints.
