It is understood that, after investigation, the person who opened "Tudou Internet Bar" (domain name www.tudouwang8.cn, recordal number: GAN ICP Bei 08000910) was Mr. Chen. After he graduated from university, he learned online about a way to make profit through "7C chain", "Kuai Kuai Union" and "SP Union" (commonly known as "internet money making"), and thus had the idea of engaging in this "internet money making" business. As a result, he used the identity information of his classmate Mr Hu for ICP recordal and domain name registration, rented a server from Putian Telecom in Fujian Province, and starting from September 2008, attracted netizens to register their mobile phones with pornographic诱惑 pages on "Tudou Internet Bar" to earn relevant commissions, until he was caught in December 2008.
