However, for the iPhone that caused a sensation even before its release, Microsoft dare not let down their guard, fearing that the carefully cultivated smartphone market might be snatched away. Robbie Bach, the head of Microsoft's Entertainment and Devices Division, stated that the company is considering developing a Zune phone to adapt to future market changes.
