The reporter learned on August 28 that Mr. Zhou Jiugeng, Director of the Jiangning District Property Bureau of Nanjing City, made improper remarks to media without authorization, which had caused adverse effects on the society. Investigation showed that he also had the behavior of extravagant consumption of using public funds to purchase high-end cigarettes. After discussion, the Jiangning District Committee decided to remove him from the position as the director of the Property Bureau.
