Kai-Fu Lee: I am very glad to have this opportunity today to talk with all of you about mobile cloud computing.
In the future, the most important thing on PCs will not be the operating system but the browser.
The concept of cloud computing was proposed by different companies more than ten or even twenty years ago, and it has received much attention in the industry over the past one or two years. In fact, cloud computing simply refers to extremely large data centers. For example, today when we use PC internet, we find that the news on portal sites is stored in a certain data center, and we can access it by opening a browser on any PC. Similarly, all web pages for search engines are stored in the cloud. We further believe that more and more data will move to the cloud in the future, such as personal information.
