I previously wrote about an important point: without a fall in housing prices, it would be difficult for the stock market to hit bottom. Now, I still adhere to this view; if Chinese housing prices do not fall sufficiently, the rebound in the stock market cannot continue. The reasoning is simple: if the real estate "shoe" does not drop, the pessimistic expectations will linger like Damocles' sword...
