WEB2.0 Finally Triggered the Policy Landmine - WEB 2.0

The General Administration of Press and Radio recently issued a "Notice on the Investigation of Illegal 'Internet TV'", which pointed out that among illegal "Internet TVs", some arbitrarily engaged in the spread of audio-visual programs on the Internet, including channel broadcasting and self-run news programs; some openly set up branches and press stations around the country; some openly participate in various media activities and release information under the name of a TV station; some even forged the "Information Network Communication Audio-Visual Program License" or approval documents from relevant national departments to solicit investment everywhere.
