The year 2006 is about to pass, and it should also be the most fiery year for Web 2.0. Even though towards the end of the year many people have been casting doubt on Web 2.0, these Web 2.0 websites have played a very significant role in the development and influence of China's Internet. They have even changed our lives.
I would like to recommend some Web 2.0 sites that I think are excellent:
Douban www.douban.com
This one, everyone is more familiar with. It is a community for sharing reviews on books, music, and movies. There are a lot of cultural individuals on Douban. According to observations, there is a serious tendency towards a "bourgeois" lifestyle, and there are quite a few female users with class. Nonetheless, I still like it.
Similar: Mtime is also pretty good, specializing in the movie field. Some copycats will not be mentioned.
Zhuaxia www.zhuaxia.com
This is the Web 2.0 site that made me happiest this year. It offers online RSS reading, which is very convenient. Their user interface (UI) is also quite good. Basically, after Zhuaxia came out, the RSS reading field was unified under it.
Similar: Gougou, Google's reader is also pretty good, fast speed.
Liu Jian Fang www.6rooms.com
A video-sharing site launched this year. They first signed up Hu Ge before going live. There are a lot of videos, and traffic has grown super fast within a few months. It has the potential to become China's YouTube. The UI feels more grand and comfortable compared to other video sites, and the speed is also fast.
Similar: Tudou, 56, Popcorn... too many...
Yupoo www.yupoo.com
A picture storage and sharing website. In the photo field, Yupoo has done a pretty good job. The website also has a distinct style, even though it still has traces of Flickr.

Blogbus www.blogbus.com
This is a BSP that I really like. It has a simple and elegant style. Bus...
