[Fig.] Apple is sued for iPhone 3G case cracking

Apple is facing another lawsuit, brought about by the infamous iPhone 3G case cracking incident. The District Court of New York has received a 23-page complaint, accusing Apple of ignoring the cracking issues with the iPhone 3G casing. Additionally, it seeks punitive damages for false advertising against AT&T's "twice as fast" slogan. They claim that AT&T's 3G network is overloaded, causing 3G users to switch to EDGE network after just a few minutes of use.
