Samsung I458 tethering to a laptop for internet access

The Samsung I458 mobile phone accesses the internet through the connection feature in the PC suite. A few days ago, I attempted to use it but was unsuccessful. However, today, it worked successfully with a displayed speed of 115.2k/s. Moreover, the actual internet speed feels much faster than when using GPRS and CDMA previously.
