Enterprise managers should have a clear understanding and accurate grasp of the problems and deficiencies in their work, keep a clear mind, and clarify the direction of effort. The main problems and prominent contradictions currently existing in packaging machinery manufacturing enterprises are as follows: First, some enterprises have three "inadaptabilities". That is: Their ideology does not adapt to the development of the situation; the current state of the talent team does not adapt to the urgent demand for people in enterprise development; the understanding and use of people does not adapt to the rules of the market economy. Second, weak ability in technological innovation, slow progress in process technology, and new product development has not fundamentally escaped the situation of imitation and tracking research. Third, extensive economic growth mode, low product profitability, weak competitiveness, economic growth and benefit improvement still mainly rely on scale traction, energy, labor and other resource consumption compared with advanced levels still have certain gaps. Fourth, weak market awareness, competition awareness, and sense of crisis, weak service market, customer service awareness, as well as weak sense of urgency and responsibility for development. Human resources cannot keep up with the demand for high-level and high-speed development, and the reason for the shortage of enterprise talents is that the development speed is too slow. Fifth, extensive management, fine management has not been achieved. Sixth, some enterprise managers do not rely on scientific management to seek development in the production and operation of enterprises, but always have侥幸psychology, relying on exploiting policy loopholes for temporary survival.
