In terms of product structure, there are about 1300 types of packaging machinery in China, with a small number of matching products, lacking high-precision and large-scale products, which cannot meet market demand. The quality gap is manifested in poor product performance stability and reliability, unattractive appearance, rough surface treatment, many components with poor quality, short lifespan, and low reliability, all of which affect the overall product quality; From the perspective of enterprise status, the domestic packaging machinery industry lacks leading enterprises, and there are not many enterprises with large production scale and high product grade; Regarding product development, China is still basically in the imitation stage, with weak self-development capabilities, and research funds only account for 1% of sales, while abroad it reaches as high as 8%-10%. Generally speaking, compared with internationally advanced products, China's packaging machinery is at a disadvantage in terms of product development, performance, quality, reliability, and service.
