Precautions for using grating linear displacement sensors:

(1) When plugging or unplugging the connector between the grating displacement sensor and the digital display, the power should be turned off before proceeding.

(2) Whenever possible, add an external protective cover, and promptly clean up any chips and oil splashed onto the scale. Strictly prevent any foreign objects from entering the interior of the grating sensor housing.

(3) Regularly check if the mounting connection screws are loose.

(4) To extend the life of the dustproof seal strip, a thin layer of silicone oil can be evenly applied to the seal strip. Be careful not to splash it onto the glass grating engraved surface.

(5) To ensure the reliability of the grating sensor, the grating scale surface and indicator grating surface can be cleaned and wiped with an ethanol mixture (50% each) at regular intervals. Keep the glass grating scale surface clean.
