In Windows, hidden devices can be displayed using the command "set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices=1". However, this method only temporarily displays the hidden devices. To permanently display them, follow the steps below:

Under "System Variables", create a new variable. Set the variable name as "devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices" and the variable value as 1. Keep clicking OK to confirm. This way, in the "Device Manager", the option for "Show hidden devices" will always be enabled.
