Due to long-term use and natural weathering, along with improper care, it's easy for marble to lose its natural color and brightness, making it unpleasant to look at. Re-decorating would be too costly and time-consuming. However, the marble renewal process restores its original brightness and color in a short period of time using chemical and physical actions through machine polishing. This method ensures 100% brightness recovery, natural color, and is both economical and time-saving. The lifespan of the renewed surface can last over five years.
Process Flow:
Tools used: Stone Renewal Machine, drive disc, floor washer, vacuum cleaner, diamond disc set (6 pieces), red pad, white pad, specialized scrubbing cloth.
Chemicals used: Stone grinding agent KP92, stone brightening agent, stone protector.
Based on the degree of damage to the floor, different diamond discs are used with the renewal machine for grinding. It's important to follow the texture of the stone until the surface becomes smooth and the color uniform. Use the grinding agent with pads until it penetrates and dries. Then use the brightening agent with pads for further polishing until dried. Finally, spray the protector and polish until the original brightness is restored. Depending on the material, the maximum brightness of the renewed marble can reach above 120 degrees.
Marble Polishing and Waxing:
High Gloss Marble Crystal Surface Regeneration Powder Purpose: Used for marble crystal surface treatment. This product operates wetly and quickly regenerates the high-gloss crystal surface of marble within the shortest possible time, suitable for surfaces that have lost their shine due to wear and tear.
Characteristics:
1. Can be used with a floor polisher rotating at 154 RPM and weighing over 45KG.
2. No risk of surface scratches caused by steel wool.
3. Does not cause discoloration or yellow rust on the stone surface.
4. Produces a water-like luster, rich in layers.

Usage:
1. Clean the marble surface thoroughly before use.
2. Mix the marble crystallization powder with water to form a paste and apply it to the red polishing pad.
3. Keep the floor moist during operation.
4. When a high-gloss crystal surface appears on the marble, clean up the paste with a water extractor.
5. Wipe off any remaining residue with a mop.
6. Rinse and dry the floor.
7. Polish with a white polishing pad or wipe with a dry cloth to ensure the floor is completely clean and dry.
8. If the stone surface is not fully dry, it may affect the visual effect.
Note:
1. Not recommended for low-absorbent stones, artificial marble, or black marble.
