Asus Eee PC desktop version to be globally launched in July, running Linux or XP

Asus Easy PC family will launch a desktop version - Easy Box. The company said on Thursday that it planned to launch this computer globally in July this year. The Easy Box is a white mini-PC, about the size of a hardcover book, and runs on either the Linux or Windows XP operating system. The Easy Box will come in various configurations, with hard disk storage capacities ranging from 80GB to 250GB. It allows users to access the internet via 802.11n Wi-Fi. The Easy Box has four USB ports - two at the front and two at the back. Additionally, it also has interfaces for MMC memory cards, SD cards, and Memory Sticks.
