My weight loss story

I wasn't a fat girl during my college days. I am 162 cm tall and weighed 103 jin (51.5 kg), with regular features, and could be considered pretty. However, after graduation and starting work, my life lost its rhythm. I often overate, once gaining up to 116 jin (58 kg). My figure was still relatively even, and at the time, I didn't think I absolutely had to lose weight. Before each meal, I would shout: "I want to lose weight!" But I just couldn't control my mouth. Later, when I reached 138 jin (69 kg), I realized that I truly needed to lose some weight. When shopping for clothes on the street, the phrase I heard most was: "Sorry, this clothing doesn't come in your size." I was extremely upset! So, I made up my mind to lose weight and get rid of the excess fat on my body! I formulated a weight loss plan: an apple and a cucumber for breakfast, eating only half full for lunch, and a cup of yogurt for dinner. After continuing this for a week, my weight had only dropped by three jin (1.5 kg)! Oh my goodness! When will I slim down? I felt like I couldn't keep going, feeling weak all over, limp and soft. Watching food shows on TV made me drool, so one night I went out to eat. When I got home and weighed myself, I had gained five jin (2.5 kg) again. How frustrating!

Friends said that only burning calories can truly help you lose weight. My previous method was wrong and could lead to malnutrition. I decided to change my approach and adopt an exercise-based weight loss method, which should be the healthiest way to lose weight. On the first day, I spun a hula hoop for half an hour in the morning, jogged slowly for half an hour in the afternoon, and did one hour of aerobic fitness exercises in the evening. The next morning, when I stepped on the scale, I had lost one jin (0.5 kg). This was the biggest encouragement for my weight loss. The second day, I lost another jin, and on the third day, I lost four liang (0.2 kg)... Every day, I was losing weight. Around half a month later, as fat people tend to be lazy, I don't know when I stopped exercising, and then I no longer wanted to do it. When I weighed myself, I found that I had gained back the weight I had lost. It seemed like all my efforts were in vain, making me even more frustrated!

What should I do? Neither dieting nor exercise worked for me. It seemed like I was destined to be overweight! A friend recommended a weight loss pill called "Le Shou Weight Loss Capsule" (http://www.jianfeijiaonang.com). I was initially hesitant to take weight loss pills because I had heard about many side effects and didn't dare to try them easily. Friends all said that Le Shou is a pure natural green medicine, certified by the state, with no toxic side effects. I thought it wouldn't hurt to try it first, so I bought a box of "Le Shou" with my friend (each of us taking half, and if it didn't work, we wouldn't continue to avoid harming our bodies). After a week, I found that I no longer craved greasy foods, and my appetite gradually shifted towards lighter foods. When I weighed myself, I had lost five jin (2.5 kg). This was too easy, so I quickly went to the pharmacy and bought a full course of "Le Shou". After three months, I have now slimmed down to 112 jin (56 kg), returning to my standard figure. All of this is thanks to "Le Shou Weight Loss Capsules". If you also want to lose weight, you can give it a try! Personally experienced, absolutely no falsehood! iddy0002
