We tell you how to make the perfect poached egg. Poach eggs in a wide, shallow pan full of simmering water. - Use a slotted spoon to create a whirlpool or vortex in the swirling simmering water (this will help keep the egg together), electric hot water tap price. Crack the egg, one at a time, directly into the center of the whirlpool. As the egg cooks, use a spoon to move the water and ensure the egg white wraps around the yolk (do this carefully so as not to break the egg). - After 1 - 2 minutes, or when the egg white is set, remove from the pan with a slotted spoon, reserving to drain on kitchen paper. - Repeat this process for the remaining eggs.
