In 2009, as a civil servant, in my individual year-end summary, I adhered to Marxism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, and the important thought of "Three Represents" as guidance. I strengthened theoretical study by earnestly studying the important thought of "Three Represents," the report of the 17th Party Congress, and the spirit of the fourth plenary session. I diligently studied business knowledge and strived to improve my theoretical knowledge and operational level. I was law-abiding, worked hard, conscientiously fulfilled higher-level tasks, and with the comrades' concern, support, and help, made new progress in my thoughts, learning, and work. First, strengthen party spirit and further improve political ideological consciousness. Throughout the year, I always adhered to using Marx Lenin’s standpoint, viewpoint, and methodology, dialectical materialism, and historical materialism to analyze and observe things, distinguish between truth and falsehood, adhere to the truth, and uphold the correct world outlook, life view, and values. I used the correct world outlook, outlook on life, and values to guide my learning, work, and life practice. In actively resisting bourgeois democracy and freedom, money worship, liberalism, and all decadent ideas, I maintained a solid line of thought. I love the motherland, the Chinese Communist Party, socialism, support China's Communist leadership, support reform and opening-up, firmly believe that socialism will eventually conquer capitalism, and am full of confidence in victory. I conscientiously implemented the party’s line, principles, policies, and did a good job in accelerating socialist construction. I was proactive, diligent, brave, diligent, and contributed everything in my power on an ordinary working station.
Second, strengthen theoretical and professional learning to improve comprehensive qualities. I attached importance to strengthening theory and knowledge learning at work, studying and working simultaneously, and continuously improving my comprehensive quality. I seriously studied the important thought of "Three Represents," deeply understood its scientific connotation, and enhanced my consciousness and firmness in practicing the important thought of "Three Represents." I learned the reports of the 16th Party Congress and the third and fourth plenary sessions, consciously adhered to the 16th Party Congress as a guide, and made my own efforts to further accelerate the perfection of the socialist market economy system and build a moderately prosperous society in all respects. I diligently worked on professional knowledge, focusing on learning official document writing, document processing, and computer knowledge. In terms of learning methods, I found key points, held onto them, and based on the inadequacies in my official document writing, document processing, and computer knowledge, conducted targeted learning to continuously improve my work ability. Third, I carefully studied legal knowledge, combined it with my own work practice, used leisure time, selectively carried out learning, and learned the "Constitution of the People's Republic of China," "Civil Law of the People's Republic of China," and "Anti-Secession Law." Through learning, I further enhanced my legal awareness and legal thinking.
Third, work hard and complete annual tasks. I always adhered to strict self-discipline, worked hard, kept in mind the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly put forward by the party, and strived to practice the important thought of "Three Represents" in my ordinary job, making efforts to do my own work. In specific work, I strived to do service work well and be a good assistant: I seriously gathered various information, comprehensively and accurately understood and knew all aspects of the work, analyzed the main problems existing in the job, summarized experience, timely reported to the leaders, let the leaders comprehensively and accurately understand and know the recent actual situation of the work, and make scientific and correct decisions to solve the problems.
