In 2011, Beijing Baili Outward Bound Training Company embarked on a mission to the Damyan Grassland in Hebei Province. On this grassland closest to Beijing, both the company and its participants were awed by the magnificence and joy that the grassland brought them. There, we could laugh out loud, ride horses, camp, drive all-terrain vehicles, and engage in outdoor training activities, with each beautiful scene making us reluctant to leave. Departing from Beijing, passing through Huairou and Fengning, we arrived at Datan Town in Hebei Province, where the grassland was right before our eyes. A four-hour journey may sound far, but once you're on the road, you'll find that the beautiful scenery along the way is endless. Sleep? Impossible! With such beautiful scenery, how can you not feast your eyes? The blue sky, green grasslands, herds of cattle and sheep grazing leisurely on the grasslands, standing on the grasslands and shouting loudly will invigorate you. Conducting an outdoor training session in this paradise is undoubtedly enjoyable. Why not come here for a break from the office routine? On the grasslands, we usually recommend team-based activities, such as "Message Relay," where everyone sits neatly on the grass under the blue sky without any soundproof barriers; "Water Retrieval Through Thorns," where the length of the rope determines the size of the thorns, and there's no longer any worry about falling and getting hurt; "Crossing the Electric Fence," where a "live electric fence" suddenly appears on the vast flat grassland, but let's cheer together and overcome it. Many people get lost on the grasslands, which makes it a great place for orientation challenges. Why not try a large-scale orientation challenge on the grasslands? The food and accommodation on the grasslands are what everyone looks forward to the most. Clean and cozy farmhouses can accommodate even a team of 100 people simultaneously within one yard. The evening roasted whole lamb marks the beginning of everyone's enjoyment of life. When talking about the grasslands, roasted lamb must be mentioned. The roasted lamb on the Damyan Grassland is very distinctive—roasted and torn by hand, eating large chunks of roasted mutton gives you the feeling of being a Mongolian Khan. The summer weather in Beijing is extremely hot, but on the grasslands, you need to cover yourself with a blanket while sleeping. This natural air conditioning will temporarily make you forget the summer heat. Horseback riding, yes, thrilling horseback riding! Once you ride a horse on the grasslands, you'll find that the horses you've ridden before are like tame pets, whereas these horses won't show you any mercy. Are you ready for 2012? If so, let's go to the grasslands for outward bound training together.
