He has a car but doesn't drive it; instead, he rides a horse to work. Villagers have joked that the one riding a white horse is a prince, and the one riding a black horse is the village secretary. The prince can find his princess, while the village secretary can lead everyone to prosperity.

The Huang in front of us wears a white T-shirt, has a buzz cut, and at 41 years old, appears very capable. Beside him stands a black horse nearly 2 meters tall.
Villagers say that Old Huang rides his horse every day, checking on each household in the village. Each time he comes back, he's drenched in sweat, as is the horse.
Recently, a Weibo account named Huaxiang Guojv gained numerous followers within just four days of registration.
This blogger not only introduced a "micro flash sale" phone for students who had just finished their college entrance exams but also posted photos of himself riding a horse to and from work, drawing a crowd of curious fans.
He is Huang Chongfu, the village secretary of Hui Nan Community (Village) in Banzhu Garden Town, Xindu District, Chengdu. Many fans call him the most "trendy" village secretary in Chengdu. Huaxiang Guojv is the pomelo-themed park created by the village; on April 28th, this location held the largest festival in Xindu, attracting tens of thousands of tourists.
Freshness: His Unique Horse-Riding Commute
In Huaxiang Guojv, Huang Chongfu riding a horse to and from work is no longer a novelty.
A week ago, when Old Huang first brought the horse home, the villagers were abuzz with excitement. Most people hadn't ridden a horse before and couldn't figure out what Old Huang was up to, "Why ride a horse when you have a car at home?"
"I used to serve in the border defense and rode horses for four years," Old Huang said. When the village started building the Huaxiang Guojv Pomelo Fragrance Park, he thought about riding a horse.
Old Huang believes that the biggest difference between Huaxiang Guojv and San Sheng Township is its original ecological environment. Every farmhouse is a homestay, and beside the pomelo groves are fields. Tourists can truly experience the rural scenery here. To better protect this original ecology, Old Huang decided to buy a horse out of his own pocket and start riding it, "It's environmentally friendly and can add entertainment options for tourists."
Old Huang says he wants to set an example and hopes that all members of the village committee will ride horses when inspecting the village. In the future, he plans to introduce some smaller horses so tourists can ride them around the area.
Now, there's a joke circulating among the villagers: the one riding a white horse is a prince, and the one riding a black horse is the village secretary. The prince can find his princess, while the village secretary can lead everyone to wealth.
New Strategy: Obsessed with Weibo and Launching "Micro Flash Sales"
Besides riding a horse, Huang Chongfu is also a "Weibo addict." During the May Day holiday, Huaxiang Guojv received 50,000 visitors. But on regular days, the number of tourists isn't very high. Last week, when he learned that the college entrance exams were over, he immediately called a village-wide meeting, gathering all the farmers to discuss how to attract students to come here.
Ultimately, he decided to try the "flash sale" method commonly used in group-buying activities through Weibo. Thus, he registered a Sina Weibo account under the name "Huaxiang Guojv" and launched a "micro flash sale" targeting students — the first ten students who call the number posted on Weibo can enjoy the highest discount with their admission tickets.
Within four days of launching the Weibo account, he gained dozens of followers, but the reach wasn't very high. However, Old Huang is confident: as long as he persists and continues to organize activities on Weibo, the number of tourists will surely increase.
Specialty: Full of "Clever Ideas" and Organizing "High-End" Festivals
Online, some people question whether Old Huang's actions align with the traditional image of a village secretary, claiming he does trendy things. However, villager Ye believes that he has many clever ideas and dares to try new things. Most importantly, last year, he was elected as the village secretary by the villagers. Within less than a year of taking office, he has brought benefits to the villagers. During the May Day holiday, Ye's family earned more than 3,000 yuan per day.
On April 28th, the grand opening ceremony of the Xindu Pomelo Tourism Culture Festival was held here, broadcast live by television stations, with numerous celebrities attending, creating an exciting scene that left a deep impression on the villagers.
It is understood that the village has previously held five pomelo festivals, but each time the scale was small, and few people outside knew about them. However, this festival set four records for events in Xindu: the largest scale, the longest duration, the highest standard, and the widest influence.
