(Editor: Stone) Through comparing the total assets with main operating income of the top ten enterprises in terms of total assets nationwide, the research group believed that the industry concentration of the performing arts equipment industry continued to show a trend of dispersion. Data analysis showed that in recent years, growth has been relatively fast in the performing arts equipment industry assets and main operating income scale in China, but growth was slower in the number of enterprises and personnel; enterprise ownership structure is mainly private economy, human resource structure differentiation is obvious; stage machinery industry concentration is higher, professional audio and lighting industry concentration is lower; manufacturing enterprises are mainly concentrated in the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta, other types of enterprises are more widely distributed; system integration and R&D design enterprises have strong profitability, low-end assembly环节profitability is weak; some products are close to international advanced levels, but most products still have quite a gap. Experts of the research group generally believed that the performing arts equipment industry at present should take improving innovation ability as the core, promote technological progress in the industry and cultivate independent brands, comprehensively improve the technical strength of performing arts equipment enterprises and the overall strength of the industry. Development should be planned according to the advocacy of the government, market needs and the demands of industry enterprises, leading the whole industry to make improvements in quality, and realize the transformation from becoming larger to becoming stronger. According to the latest statistics of the "Development Report of China's Performing Arts Equipment Industry", there are currently 5,588 enterprises in China's performing arts equipment industry, of which 4,558 enterprises are in the professional lighting, audio, and stage machinery industries, and about 1,030 enterprises belong to related fields and businesses. According to the latest national economic census data statistics, RGB released new product switches that can support multi-format input, the total number of China's performing arts equipment enterprises increased by 28.3% compared with the previous industry census results (for the year 2004), and the number of core business enterprises (professional lighting, professional audio, stage machinery) increased by 16.8%. The total assets of the industry reached 54.697 billion yuan, and the main operating income reached 78.726 billion yuan, increasing by 46.6% and 51.6% respectively compared to 2004. Overall, the scale of the main operating income of the performing arts equipment industry is greater than the scale of total assets, indicating that this industry has less capital investment, faster turnover, and relatively low entry barriers. Recently, the "Overview of the Development of China's Performing Arts Equipment Industry" organized and compiled by industry experts from the China Association of Performing Arts Equipment Technology has been completed and published, including the latest research results of two topics, the "Development Report of China's Performing Arts Equipment Industry" and the "General Situation of Statistical Data Analysis of China's Performing Arts Equipment Industry".
