Let the dumb blonde jokes begin! The company, Olialia, is entirely run by blondes, and they wish to expand their business model into the realm of holiday decision-making processes. Olialia aims to build a way out that is exclusively driven by blonde personnel and will even offer special flights with an all-blond flight crew. The business plan has faced strong criticism, with opponents calling the idea both sexist and racist. However, Giedre Pukiene, Olialia's managing director, defends her company’s non-discriminatory hiring practices, adding that "when women with dark hair work here, they are surrounded by all these beautiful blondes, so they eventually end up going blonde too." Whether you're offended by the company's strategy or if the city never actually bears fruit, Olialia seems to be doing something right.
