I am an employee of Beijing Baili Outward Bound Company. In this vibrant and sunny industry, I feel that every department is so humanized and the working attitude is also very positive and enthusiastic. Especially those lovely outward bound coaches in Beijing, they have a strong sense of responsibility, work sincerely, are humorous and hardworking, and many other excellent qualities are embodied in them. They are deeply concerned and loved by the team members, company employees, and leaders. These excellent qualities contain the rich cultural concepts of the outward bound company. Here, let's salute our most beloved outward bound coaches!

Speaking of outward bound coaches, they are quite hardworking. Before the team arrives, the coaches start preparing the outward bound equipment and the ice-breaking room. Some coaches are hanging high-altitude equipment, some are arranging projects, and so on, a series of preparatory work.

During the outward bound project, the coach will take the team members separately for project training. In summer, when doing high-altitude projects, it is common for coaches to be exposed to the scorching sun. Even with sunglasses, hats, and sun-protective clothing, they still sweat profusely. In order for the team members to complete the project well, these lovely coaches are willing to stand under the sun for normal training, which is a prominent feature of their strong sense of responsibility.

Also, enduring hardship first and enjoying later is another virtue of outward bound coaches. Sometimes, the coaches get so busy that they even miss lunch. I remember once during an outward bound training at Qinglong Gorge in Huairou, while doing the high-altitude broken bridge project, one team member stood on the wooden plank of the high-altitude broken bridge for 40 minutes, too scared to take that step, but unwilling to come down and still wanting to try. This is a commendable spirit of not giving up, but it takes up too much time. As a result, lunch was originally scheduled for 12 o'clock, but by the time this team member finished, it was already 12:40. The team members hurried to eat, but this coach had no time for lunch because there was another high-altitude project in the afternoon, and he still had to hang other high-altitude equipment, leaving no time for a meal. Such situations occasionally occur, but the coach has no complaints. As long as no team member is abandoned, we want each team member to personally experience the spirit and courage of challenging oneself, and stimulate the development of our potential awareness training.

After all the projects are completed, the coach still needs to make time to do the team's evaluation work in advance. During the final summary, the coach will share and review the team members' performance throughout the entire outward bound process, the shortcomings and strengths that appeared during the project, allowing the team members to understand their own strengths and weaknesses more deeply. The coach will explain the construction and development of team spirit, analyze the significance and inspiration that the outward bound training brings us, and finally, the team leader will speak. The training is successfully concluded!

At this moment, it is the most comforting time for the coach. Seeing the spiritual harvest of the outward bound training personnel, seeing the more confident smiles of the team members, the fatigue of the day has been thrown out of the window by the joy of the team members. As long as the team members learn the team spirit and personal growth brought by the experiential outward bound training, this is the greatest satisfaction for the coaches of Beijing Baili Outward Bound Company!
