According to the Xinhua News Agency (reported by Zhang Qin), on June 6, it was learned from the Municipal Committee of Yinchuan that three staff members of the Yinchuan Property Office in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region received admonitory talks and were transferred from their posts because of untimely responses to netizen complaints on its official Weibo account "@Yinchuan Property". According to investigations by the reporter, recently some netizens in Yinchuan complained that their heating problems reported at the end of 2011 to "@Yinchuan Property" remained unanswered until February this year. Some netizens criticized that "@Yinchuan Property" was just a figurehead. On February 2, the Supervision Office of the Municipal Committee of Yinchuan required the Housing Security Bureau of Yinchuan to investigate this matter. After investigation, it was found that the Property Office indeed had issues such as an incomplete Weibo management system, lack of responsibility among administrators, and untimely responses. Based on the "Provisional Measures for Accountability of Actions Damaging Public Interests by Government Agencies and Staff Members in Yinchuan", admonitory talks were given to the deputy director of the Property Office in charge of letters and visits and the director of the Complaint Center. The administrator of the "@Yinchuan Property" Weibo account was transferred from his post. In July 2011, Yinchuan launched a government Weibo group covering all local government agencies. On October 25 last year, the Municipal Committee Office and the Municipal Government Office's official Weibo account "Ask Politics in Yinchuan" named and criticized 19 official Weibo accounts for not updating content for seven consecutive working days.
