When others or a guide give you something to do that you don't feel right about or isn't your responsibility, what should you do? Actually, this is a question I often say to others: First, helping others is sponsoring yourself. Second, whether you're willing or not is just a psychological factor; it's all about having the right mindset. Tears and crying that smudge makeup are all good events. Martin once said: Helping with things that aren't your own responsibilities makes it easy to succeed. So, everything happens because you're capable, which is why people ask you to do things, haha. This way, you won't get tired. In fact, in my workplace, I spend very little time on tasks specifically within my job description. Most of the time, I'm handling various consultations within the company. I'm not the official spokesperson, but they all like to ask me, which shows that others trust me. Many people, when they hit a mental block, I always have good ways to help them see things differently and experience life. Therefore, now, whether inside or outside the company, there are always people inviting me every day. Their goal is only one: to listen to my opinions. As for me, I also accept many opinions from others and learn a lot of knowledge. The third point is a belief I've always adhered to: Every effort made behind the scenes will be rewarded many times over and shown in public.
